The Sorel Blizzard is not your lightweight boot.  The upper 2/3rds are made of Ripstorm water and wind resistant material and the boot itself is rated to -40 degrees Fahrenheit….which seems reasonable.  The inner boot is easily removed for washing and is made of recycled materials – and to top it all off the sole is made of a non-scuffing material.  It would appear they thought of everything.  Prepare for the coming snow season the right way.  $68 BUY
