Need to take a quick breather and remind your muscles what they were made for? Summit Mt. Kilimanjaro this June and sees the snows in the crater that will soon be gone. Geographic Expeditions is one of the only firms smart enough to give you a few days at a Safari lodge just prior to the trek, relaxing your mind before the body regains it’s shape. Before reaching the 19,340 ft peak, you will spend the night in the crater at 18,000 ft. listening to the nearby glacier crack and shift, and waking before sunrise to reach the peak. The average success rate is 50% for all attempting the mountain. Geographic Expeditions averages above 95%. Go out and breathe. $5,995 for 17 days.
