Yes – you can now book your ticket to space. It’s done. They’ve done it. Around 48 hours ago Virgin Galactic unveiled a new spaceship and you can register for a ticket online. You will go through 3 days of flight preparation before boarding. It is a sub-orbital trip, meaning you will leave the earth’s atmosphere and gravitational pull behind – to float around and take a look down from the stars. Flights begin in 2009. Take a Friday off and on Monday when co-workers tell you they didn’t do much for the weekend…just wait for them to ask you. $200,000 with a $20,000 deposit. PURCHASE TICKET

A little after dinner something – these tea pearls actually unfold from balls that are hand rolled by tea-makers in China. They unfold to become full blossoms in the teapot. Like having an edible tea tree in your tea pot. You can purchase the glass tea pot as well (crystal no less). “Drinkable Ornamental Luxury” as the company puts it – we just like that no one else is doing it. Pearls $23 for 3 BUY Tea Pot $16 BUY

In 1902 a German botanist named Weber came to Mexico to study the Agave plant and differentiate between local varieties. He soon discovered higher altititudes and milder climates fostered better alcohol from the plant. The now aptly named Blue Tequilana Weber Agave is used for the finest tequillas. In fact the European Union and Mexico designated that this is the only plant that can produce anything officially called Tequilla. Corzo Blue Agave are grown a mile high where the soil is richer and more red producing the finest tequilla. Worth a try. 46-$56 BUY

For a company famous for its toasters, Dualit is going modern – while staying a bit retro in design. The Dualit Digital Radio has a rechargeable NiMH battery, timer, alarm with snooze and sleep options, cast aluminum casing, and an aux in for the iPod. Put it next to the bed, in the home office – take it on the road. We like it. Enjoy. $225.00. BUY
